Meet Monica Vinnin.
In 1994, Monica Vinnin walked into a small shop on Alabama Street in New Orleans with a sample vinyl folder, a Rolodex of real-estate contacts, and a stubborn belief that closing documents deserved something better than a manila envelope.
Thirty years later, EAZCO has shipped portfolios to every state in the union — and Monica still signs off on the production schedule every morning. The shop has grown, the equipment has been upgraded twice, but the standard is exactly the same one she set on day one.
"If I wouldn't hand it to my own client," she says, "it doesn't ship."
A New Orleans story.
We never moved. Thirty years on the same block in the Gentilly neighborhood, two blocks from the original storefront. Through hurricanes, recessions and the rise of the paperless office, the demand for a beautiful, durable closing portfolio has never gone away.
In fact, it's grown. Today's homebuyer photographs everything — and a stack of stapled papers doesn't make the cut. Our folders do.
